THE EVENT
Ripley Town Centre’s Merry Movie Night transformed the precinct into a festive outdoor cinema experience, bringing the community together for Christmas movies under the stars. With families gathered on the lawn, the event captured the magic of the season through entertainment, treats, and classic Christmas charm.
Our team brought the vision to life with end-to-end event planning and coordination, delivering a Christmas-themed movie night complete with Santa, fairy floss, popcorn, Christmas trees, and plenty of festive cheer.
OBJECTIVES
- Create a welcoming, family-friendly Christmas event for the local community.
- Deliver a festive outdoor cinema experience that encouraged dwell time and engagement.

PLANNING & EXECUTION
Working closely with Ripley Town Centre, we managed the full planning and delivery of Merry Movie Night.
We coordinated:
- Outdoor cinema setup: layout planning and coordination to create a comfortable, festive movie experience under the stars.
- Festive activations: organised fairy floss and popcorn to complement the cinema experience and delight attendees.
- Christmas theming: styled the event space with Christmas trees and décor to enhance the overall atmosphere.
- Santa visit: coordinated a Santa appearance to create memorable moments for families and children.
- Event management: oversaw timelines, supplier coordination, onsite setup, and pack-down to ensure a seamless event.
