THE EVENT
Dine BNE brought some of Brisbane’s favourite local food and beverage businesses to Queen Street Mall for a month-long showcase throughout June.
Our team was on-site to bring the activation to life, preparing the space and coordinating the delivery of a vibrant pop-up experience that connected local businesses with the wider Brisbane community.
OBJECTIVES
- Create an engaging month-long food and beverage activation in the heart of Brisbane.
- Provide a professional and welcoming space for local businesses to showcase their offerings.
- Encourage visitors to discover and support Brisbane’s local food and beverage scene.
- Ensure a seamless activation experience through strong logistics, coordination, and on-site delivery.
PLANNING & EXECUTION
Working closely with the Dine BNE team, we supported the activation from setup through to on-site delivery, ensuring the space was ready to welcome visitors and participating businesses.
Key elements of delivery included:
- Activation setup: prepared and styled the Queen Street Mall space ready for the month-long showcase.
- Logistics and coordination: managed the practical requirements of the activation to ensure everything was in place for participating businesses.
- On-site delivery: provided hands-on support throughout the activation to ensure the experience ran smoothly.
- Local business showcase: created a welcoming environment for Dello Mano, Batch Cookie Bar, The Hideout Speciality Coffee, and Bake It Bakery to connect with new customers.
- Community experience: helped deliver an activation that encouraged visitors to discover and support local Brisbane food and beverage businesses.
OUTCOMES
- Successfully delivered a month-long food and beverage activation in Queen Street Mall.
- Created a professional and engaging platform for four local Brisbane businesses to showcase their offerings.
