THE EVENT
The Belvedere’s Christmas activation transformed the venue into an immersive festive wonderland, designed to stop passersby in their tracks and invite guests straight into the magic of the season.
From concept through to installation, our team delivered a full-scale Christmas brand activation featuring bold street presence, interactive touchpoints, and beautifully styled details that elevated the venue experience and created a highly photo-ready moment.
OBJECTIVES
- Create a visually impactful Christmas activation that enhanced The Belvedere’s presence.
- Encourage foot traffic, dwell time, and guest interaction through immersive festive styling.
- Deliver a cohesive, on-brand activation that aligned with the venue’s identity.
- Design interactive elements that created memorable moments for families and guests.
PLANNING & EXECUTION
Working closely with The Belvedere, we managed the activation from concept development through to final installation.
We delivered:
- Festive styling and installation: we transformed the venue with 10 styled Christmas trees featuring bespoke, on-brand decorations.
- Street-facing branding: installed a giant branded welcome banner to create maximum visibility and festive impact.
- Immersive guest journey: wrapped entry steps and installed festive welcome signage to guide guests from arrival through to the activation.
- Interactive touchpoints: designed and installed a custom-built Letters-to-Santa mailbox, creating a magical moment for children, with one lucky Christmas wish set to be granted.
- Photo-ready moments: created a Santa-ready photo wall and layered styling elements to encourage social sharing and guest engagement.
OUTCOMES
- Successfully transformed The Belvedere into a festive, immersive destination during the Christmas period.
