THE EVENT

Lo Key Agency had the pleasure of transforming 4M CRU’s working warehouse into an elegant, Gatsby-inspired speakeasy for their annual staff celebration. The theme, Decadence & Dice, set the tone for a night of vintage glamour, immersive entertainment, and unforgettable moments for the entire team.

Guests embraced the 1920s spirit, arriving in full flapper dresses, feathers, and dapper suits, ready to enjoy a night of indulgence and fun. From live jazz and dancers to a roving magician, casino gaming tables, and a late-night pizza truck, this event had all the elements of a true speakeasy experience.

Kate and her team were entrusted with entertainment booking, parade coordination, staff management, and overall event operations, ensuring every night ran flawlessly and created unforgettable festive moments for families across Brisbane.

PLANNING & EXECUTION

Our team worked closely with 4M CRU to design and deliver every detail of the event.

We managed:

Concept & Styling: Full furniture, lighting, décor, and bar setup to transform the warehouse into a glamorous speakeasy.
Entertainment: Booking and coordinating live jazz, dancers, magician, and casino gaming tables.
Supplier Management: Coordinating all suppliers, including the late-night pizza truck
Logistics: Overseeing bump-in and bump-out to ensure a smooth setup and pack down.
On-the-Day Coordination: Managing timelines and flow so guests could simply relax and enjoy
