THE EVENT

The Australian Rugby Foundation’s inaugural Queensland fundraising event brought together the rugby community for an evening celebrating the sport, its people, and the future of the game.

Hosted for passionate rugby fans, current and former Wallabies and Reds players, coaches, staff, and key stakeholders, the event created an opportunity for the rugby community to connect while raising funds to support rugby pathways and invest in the next generation of players.

With more than 600 combined Wallabies Test Caps represented in the room, it was a powerful evening centred around community, connection, and a shared passion for rugby.

OBJECTIVES

PLANNING & EXECUTION

Working closely with the Australian Rugby Foundation team, we supported the delivery of their inaugural Queensland fundraising event, bringing together the key elements needed to create a memorable evening for guests.
