The Toowoomba Catholic Schools First Nations Conference, Heart on Country, brought delegates together for two days in Toowoomba for an important program focused on connection, learning, and shared experiences.

With a multi-day conference comes plenty of moving parts, and our team supported the event from initial planning and logistics through to registration, bump-in, on-site setup, and event management — keeping everything organised, on track, and ready when it mattered most.

PLANNING & EXECUTION

Working closely with the Toowoomba Catholic Schools team, we managed the conference from planning through to on-site delivery, coordinating the many moving parts required to bring the two-day event together.
