THE EVENT
4M CRU’s Big Day Out brought festival energy to the workplace with a vibrant staff celebration designed to give the team a day to relax, connect, and have some fun.
Our team brought the festival-inspired vision to life through end-to-end planning, styling, and event setup, combining colourful details with custom branded elements to create an immersive and memorable experience for guests.
OBJECTIVES

PLANNING & EXECUTION
Working closely with the 4M CRU team, we managed the planning, styling, and event setup, bringing the festival concept to life through a combination of custom details and cohesive theming.
Key elements of delivery included:
- Festival styling: developed and delivered vibrant styling elements to create a fun, festival-inspired atmosphere.
- Custom DJ booth and table wraps: designed and produced branded wraps to transform key event features and strengthen the festival aesthetic.
- Bespoke signage: created a custom light-up Boiler Room sign as a standout feature within the event space.
- Branded event details: produced festival wristbands, branded lanyards, and additional personalised elements to complete the experience.
- Event setup: coordinated and delivered the full event setup, ensuring every element was in place and ready for guests.
- Finishing touches: brought the overall concept together through thoughtful details that created a cohesive and immersive event environment.
